We're living through some intense times, and our Tic might be responding...

For some of us - the tic is a minor nuisance that occasionally bubbles to the surface... but then we ignore it and get back on with our life. For others, the condition can be so debilitating that it causes us to spiral out of control - we'd do just about anything just to make it stop!

I was somewhere in the middle of this spectrum, but ultimately I've learned to stop my tic and I now teach others how to heal themselves with mindful and emotional wellness techniques.

It's been a journey - and so rewarding to support hundreds of you who have been through the MTM Method Online Program for adults, What I Wish My Parent's Knew Mini-Course, and my one on one sessions.

BUT...

Something *new* has been in the works.

And I'm really confident many of you will love it!

From this Sunday onwards I'm hosting weekly Zoom (video call) Masterclasses for Stopping Motor & Vocal Tics.

Each 60-minute session has 3 parts:

  1. Learn Mindfulness - practice with me in a guided meditation to learn how to calm the mind (thus calm the body.)
  2. Discover Mindful and Emotional Wellness Techniques / Exercises - a new one every week to reduce the ticcing. You'll then put it into practice before the next session!
  3. Question & Answers - you'll be able to ask me your burning and unique personal questions and get direction on how to better look after your mental+emotional health so the tic reduces in frequency and intensity.

Throughout these weekly sessions, I'll also be sharing my personal stories and how I overcome them - topics like social anxiety, how to deal with the awkward looks from others, stress levels and how to manage them, stopping the embarrassment, over-thinking, worrying, lack of control, suppression of emotions, chronic pain etc.

You get the gist!

There's a lot to cover and so much I'd love to share with you... and we're going to do it bit by bit every week.

These masterclass sessions are free for all. They might be donation-based in the future, but I don't want anyone to feel as if they can't attend because of the price. So come get involved, and learn how I healed my tic.
